We will honor refunds in the case that any item is defective. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to a customer who has simply changed their mind about the purchase. We are however, open to reviewing your situation on a case-by-case basis to give you the best service possible and can make exceptions/refunds at our sole discretion. Just be sure to email us within 2 days of receiving your item.

-Received the wrong item
